Country Manager, Gothenburg, Sweden
As part of our international expansion we have openined an office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are now looking for a Country Manager to work from this office.
Your responsibilities include: - To be head of our Swedish operations
- Sales and business development
- Meeting growth targets for business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
- Development of country operation as a whole (developing into a branch with profitability targets, recruitment, etc.)
- Working together with marketing people in Finland to find new customer accounts
- Working together with a local project manager and Vilant's engineers in Finland to deliver world-class solutions for customers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark

Project manager, Gothenburg, Sweden
As part of our international expansion we have openined an office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are now looking for a project management professional to work from this office. Within our operations in industrial RFID solutions we offer you the possibility to create operational standards for a new industry. You will be rewarded by the joy of creating something new and lasting into our customers' industrial operations. Since you will be working as part of our Operations & Devices team, you will have the chance to get to know RFID hardware, the related IT systems as well as our customers operations quite closely. To roughly position RFID within the technology spectrum, we'd say it is most closely related to IT systems, especially Rosettanet/EDI/EAI and ERP systems integration. To give an example, many of our systems are integrated to SAP R/3. The RFID hardware and RFID tag things are more or less straight forward once you get trained into it. Also, as a project manager you can rely on our RF Engineers. We'll start off with a one month training period in Finland to get you accustomed to the team and the practices. We value - Experience in managing complex IT projects in cross-cultural environments
